- Champagne, enough to fill the glasses
- Blood Orange bitters
- 1 sugar cube per flute
- lemon twists for garnish
- Place sugar cube in the bottom of each flute.
- Soak each cube with several drops of Blood Orange bitters until the cube is soaked.
- Fill glass with champagne.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
