In an effort to relive my vacation I thought I’d share some of the best bits of our travels with you all. We shall call the the European Diaries Part 1: Portugal. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve already fallen in love with Portugal from my travels to Lisbon and south, but this trip we went all over northern Portugal. I didn’t think it were possible, but I love the country even more. The north us fill with lush, green mountains, sparkling rivers, quaint towns, ancient castles, and some of the most delicious produce, wines, cheeses, and presunto I’ve had in a long time. Overall the north is like a breathe of fresh air. See below for more details of our trip.
